Family Groups and Workshops
At Alternatives For Children, we believe that supporting families is an essential part of supporting children. Our Family Groups and Workshops are designed to give parents and caregivers practical tools, shared experiences, and confidence as lifelong advocates for their children.
These groups provide opportunities to learn more about the Preschool Special Education process, connect with other families, and explore strategies that can be used at home and in everyday routines.
Daytime Family Groups
Daytime family groups are offered monthly throughout the school year. These in-person gatherings provide information, guided discussion, and opportunities to learn about topics that matter most to families of young children.
