Transportation for IEP eligible children

Transportation for IEP eligible children

In New York State, preschool students with disabilities who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP) recommending special class or special class in an Integrated Setting, and transportation, are eligible for cub-to-school bus service. The Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) determines eligibility and develops the IEP, including transportation recommendations. If the CPSE recommends transportation, it will be provided by the county.
